Apple-Cranberry Crumble

I know it's been almost three months since I last posted, but here are the apple and pumpkin posts that I promised. School got extremely busy and I just didn't have time to make many recipes. I did make some and they didn't turn out how I wanted. Now I am on break, so I have some time to get this blog up and running again and hopefully I won't disappear again when the new semester starts in January.

This crumble is from Skinnytaste and really delicious. I first made it a couple weeks ago and knew that I had to share. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures the first time I made it but I finally got around to doing that.

1 cup cranberries
4 medium Gala apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons light butter, melted

1. Spray a 9 inch square baking pan with baking spray and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Combine the filling ingredients in a large bowl; pour into prepared pan.

3. In a separate small bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling. Sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture and bake for 55-60 minutes.
